Located in Helsingborg’s innovative Oceanhamnen district, GreenHaus combines rustic brickwork with sleek white GRC sills, achieving a perfect blend of environmental focus and modern architectural design.

GreenHaus is an office building at the heart of Oceanhamnen, a forward-thinking district in Helsingborg built on small islands by the waterfront. Designed by Jais Arkitekter, the project features 400+ GRC facade elements, including sills and beams, covering 335 m² in 45 unique variants.

The white GRC sills, mounted with hidden brackets, provide a striking contrast to the rustic, multi-coloured bricks, adding elegance to the building’s facade. This WELL-certified project is part of Helsingborg’s largest urban renewal, showcasing innovative design and sustainable solutions.
