Office building in a new and exciting district
GreenHaus is an office building in Oceanhamnen, a new innovative district in Helsingborg built on a collection of small islands. The project is part of Helsingborg’s largest urban renewal projects with residential units, offices, restaurants and shops, right by the scenic waterfront.
The new district is built with sustainability and the environment in mind. This is both evident in the buildings, of which many have achieved environmental certifications, GreenHaus included, and in the inclusion of a pedestrian bridge directly to the center, making it easier to leave the car at home. The area boasts of many communal spaces and green areas.
Sleek GRC sills in contrast to rustic bricks
BB fiberbeton manufactured a little over 400 sills and beams for the facade, corresponding to 335 m2 GRC in 45 variants. The elements are mounted with embedded brackets, allowing for an easy and hidden installation.
The white sleek GRC elements stand in beautiful contrast to the rustic and multi-coloured facade bricks.

With the formability of GRC you can achieve any geometry and with a surface designed for your specific project. GRC is a lightweight material and our cladding elements are typically only 12 mm. Thus, making it easier to work with and transport whilst also easing the load on buildings.
GRC is an excellent facade material if durability and sustainability is of great concern and importance. GRC is durable for more than 100 years without any technical maintenance and it does not dent, rot, corrode, nor burn (class A material). With a sustainable material and an environmentally friendly production without toxic materials, GRC elements from BB fiberbeton are ideal for environmental certifications, such as LEED, DGNB, and BREEAM.
GRC is made of white cement and fine aggregates and reinforced with glassfibre. Elements are produced using a special spray-technique that allows for a low water/cement-ratio, a low thickness, and a high strength.
